In my last Kind Woman Crazy lady monthly meeting a lot of the woman complained about the weight gain around the midriff and not being able to shift it!!!
Well here’s the thing, Oestrogen is the cause of fat gain in the body but it’s not your own natural oestrogen but the environmental oestrogens, yes environmental!!!
You might say what the heck is that????
We have known this for some time and there are lots of studied done on this but unless u r made aware of this you’re none the wiser and unknowingly polluting your whole body!!! Scary much!!!!
These environmental oestrogens mimic and disrupt your natural oestrogens.
These mimicking oestrogens go into the body via the skin, breathing it in or eating something.
We are constantly dealing with some form of chemicals, pesticides in our everyday products like shampoo, hair products, body wash, bubble bath, toothpaste, Cleaning products, furniture, carpets, clothing, Makeup is a big culprit ………
Our foods are full of Hormones, chemicals and pesticides.
So, what these mimicking disrupting oestrogens do is latch onto your existing oestrogen receptor sites and as females we have a lot of receptor sites in our midriff, hence weigh gain.
As we get older the toxic build up over many years can take its toll on the liver and kidneys and our system slows down and fats get stored in that midriff area.
So, what’s the solution:
We need to be more aware of what we are eating. So much of our foods are loaded with toxic chemicals and hormones.
Start to choose organic where possible and if the budget allows, if not wash your foods with 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar per 2 cups of water.
Eat more fruit and veg, nuts….. in your diet
Change over household, Personal, Cosmetic products to safer non-toxic products.
I have done a lot of research on this and have found a company that their whole ethos is to eliminate dangerous chemicals out of their products, they have been doing this for 26+yrs. Use my Promo code and get a $10 discount.
